I received a notice from NYSIF with a new address for mailing claims/bills. Do I use this for all of my claims/bills, even if most of my bills used to go to an address near our office?

Yes, send ALL claims/bills to:

P.O. Box 66699
Albany NY 12206

However, NYSIF is encouraging all providers to enter their bills on-line at  

  • Register to get your User ID and Password
  • Log in and enter (or search for) your Claim number
  • Click submit a new bill
  • Pick the form you want to file
  • Enter your bill information
  • Click Attachments to attach a scanned copy of your paper bill and doctor’s notes
  • Click submit a new bill

That’s all you have to do to get paid in two weeks time!  And, there is no charge to process your bills!!
