I mailed my claim/bill a long time ago and haven’t heard back from NYSIF. What do I do?

To obtain check the status of a bill you must have provider account at NYSIF. Register for a NYSIF account at: https://www.nysif.com/signup/  for If you mailed your bill more than six weeks ago, you can register at www.eFileNYSClaims.com for a user ID and password to be able to re-submit your bill electronically at no charge.
