The letter from NYSIF does not give new telephone numbers; who do I call now when I have questions about my bills?

Contacts and telephone numbers have not changed; you case manager remains the same.  You can continue to use the same contact information.  Only the address for mailing ALL claims has changed.To look up a case manager, go to:  https://www.nysif.com/sifivrweb/cmlookup.aspx
