VI. Submitted Bills

  • Access the Submitted Bills Queue.
  • There are two options for bringing up submitted bills: 
    • Option 1: Enter the claim number and select Search.
    • Option 2: Enter a date range when the bill was entered and select Search.
  • The system will indicate: No bills have been submitted by this account if that is the case.
  • Bill status can be:
    • Submitted
    • Received by NYSIF
    • Rejected with reason for rejection: these bills can be edited to correct issue and re-submitted.
